Inspection Report

We were inspected in March 2014 and the report was published in April 2014. Below are a few quotes that we feel embody what we strive to achieve at St Margaret's.

'Pupils' attitudes to learning are outstanding'

'By the time they leave the school the pupils have reached an outstanding standard of personal development'

'Clear educational direction is evident in the good standards achieved at the end of Year 6 and in the outstanding GCSE results'

'Pupils demonstrate a strong sense of self-worth and by the time they leave the school develop into confident, independent young people'

'The pupils feel they are extremely well supported in their studies'

'Throughout the school there is a strong emphasis on honesty, high standards of behaviour, respect for others and self-discipline'

'They speak very positively about the quality of school meals'

'Pupils speak warmly of the family like atmosphere and concern for younger pupils by the older girls is striking'

'The overwhelming majority of parents who responded were extremely positive and enthusiastic about the school. They were particularly appreciative of the progress their children make, the curriculum provided and the standards of behaviour. They would wholeheartedly recommend the school to other parents'
